our first trip blog!

Today marks the day of the start of our travel blog. Hopefully we'll have some internet access occasionally on the trip to keep this up to date...otherwise this might be moot.

Renato and Karri are already in Italy - Rome in fact, enjoying what Rome has to offer, while they await our arrival. I'm hoping they're finding all the great places to eat, drink and be merry, because I'm looking forward to doing much of that when we arrive! And let's hope Karri's Italian class is paying off, as it doesn't hurt to have another fluent italian for the trip!
